Hotfix #2!

-Fixed a bug where a sound would play endlessly
-Added sound effects for picking up items
-Adjusted how the ice extinguisher works, should work better
-White dragons will no longer spawn additional ice sheets on top of existing ice sheets
-Made some changes to GUI when controllers are connected
-Adjusted difficulty factors to make the game slightly easier
-Adjusted pickup code; an issue would occur when picking up a baby dragon the game would crash. This is hard to test so hopefully this works.
